🕒 Return Period
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this period.
✅ Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
❗Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days if approved.
🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.
❗Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
Save all packaging materials and take clear photos of the damaged item(s).
